If you are our customer, a user of our mobile apps, a social media follower or simply a visitor to this website, you entrust us with some of your personal data. EDUnino, s.r.o. is responsible for protecting and securing it.
Please read about how we protect personal data, the principles we follow and the rights you have under the GDPR (the EU General Data Protection Regulation).
EDUnino, s.r.o., Company ID 10956689, with its registered office at Určická 1286/35, Prostějov, Czech Republic, operates the websites www.edunino.cz, www.edunino.com, www.edunino.online and www.brainmondo.com. We process your personal data as the controller, which means that we decide how and for what purpose your personal data will be processed and for how long, and we choose any other processors who help us with the processing.
If you have any questions about how we process your data, you can contact us on +420 588 882 737 or by email at kontakt@brainmondo.com.
As the controller of your personal data, we meet all the legal obligations required by the applicable legislation, in particular the Czech Personal Data Processing Act and the GDPR, and therefore:
We process the personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):
We keep your personal data for the duration of the statutory limitation periods, unless the law requires a longer retention period or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on a page and which page you came from. We regard the use of cookies to measure website traffic and to adapt how the website is displayed as our legitimate interest as the controller, because we believe this allows us to offer you an even better service.
We only use cookies for targeted advertising if you consent to them on the relevant web page.
You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow personal data to be collected. You can disable cookies on your device.
We protect personal data to the greatest possible extent using modern technologies that reflect the current state of technical development. All access is secured by strong passwords, which are always stored in encrypted form.
We have adopted, and maintain, all available technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Only the company’s employees, or contractors who keep the website running, have access to your personal data.
For specific processing operations that we cannot carry out ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who specialise in that processing and can protect data even better than we can.
These include providers such as:
In the future, we may decide to use other applications or processors to make processing easier and better. In that case, we undertake to hold any processor we choose to at least the same standards of security and quality of processing as we hold ourselves.
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection on the basis of a decision of the European Commission.
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email at kontakt@brainmondo.com.
You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this page setting out our personal data processing policy.
Under the right of access, you can ask us at any time and, within 30 days, we will show you which of your personal data we process and why.
If something changes for you, or you find that your personal data is out of date or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data corrected or completed.
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as for the right of access – the only difference being that we will send you the information in a machine-readable format. We will do this within 30 days.
Another of your rights is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to it. In that case, we will erase all your personal data from our systems and from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. We will do this within 30 days.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation; for example, we must keep records of issued tax documents for the period laid down by law. In such a case, we will delete all personal data that we are not required by law to keep. We will let you know by email when the erasure is complete.
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, our supervisory authority. We would be very grateful if you let us know about your concern first, so that we can do something about it and put right any mistake.
We would like to assure you that the people working with us who process your personal data are obliged to keep confidential both the personal data and the security measures whose disclosure would put the security of your personal data at risk. This duty of confidentiality continues even after their contractual relationship with us has ended. Your personal data will not be released to any other third party without your consent.
If you wish to report any breach of this policy, please contact us at kontakt@brainmondo.com.
This personal data processing policy applies from 1 January 2022 and replaces the previous version of the data protection policy.
